Paving process and acceptance standard of wood flo

  • Detail

Wood flooring is more and more widely used in home decoration, and is favored by owners. Its color gives people a feeling of natural environmental protection, warmth and steadiness. Especially in winter, compared with the cold floor tile and wood floor, it is more attractive. The advantages of wood flooring are reflected in six aspects: durability, environmental protection, good foot feeling, warm in winter and cool in summer, beautiful and natural, and natural fragrance. The advantages of wood flooring are always so exciting, but do you know the construction standards of wood flooring pavement? Next, take solid wood flooring as an example to tell you about the paving process of wood flooring

I. premise of solid wood floor pavement

1. The concealed works of the room are embedded, and the wall works, water and electricity transformation, ceiling works and waterproof works have been completed and passed the acceptance, and the door pocket of the room has been installed

2. The standard of ground flatness should be the error range of every 2 meters ≤ 5 mm; Ground moisture content, the standard is ≤ 20%; The standard of air humidity should be 40% - 80%. If it does not meet the standard, the customer should be prompted to balance the air humidity by humidifier or opening windows for ventilation in the future use to reach the standard

II. Preparation before floor paving

1. Before paving, the ground should be carefully cleaned to ensure that the ground is clean, dry, stable, flat and free of floating soil. The uneven parts of the ground should be filled and removed to ensure the installation quality of solid wood floors

2. Check whether the pipes and valves in the room are leaking. If there is any leakage, deal with it in time before paving

3. Since most houses now use floor heating, some parts of the ground cannot be nailed in order to avoid damaging the floor heating pipes, so these embedded pipelines should be inquired from the customer in advance and marked

III. installation of wood keel

because the floor of most owners' rooms cannot be completely flat, in order to ensure the level of solid wood floor after paving, it is necessary to install wood keel, which plays the role of ground leveling; In addition, the solid wood floor cannot be directly paved on the ground, and the installation of wood keel can also increase the foot feel of the solid wood floor

1. If the living room and bedroom of the owner are paved with solid wood floors, in order to achieve the complete consistency of the level of the paved solid wood floors, a 50 cm horizontal line should be made first for leveling in the process of paving the floors. If only the floor is paved in the bedroom, it is not necessary to make a horizontal line of 50 cm, but attention should be paid to the height difference between the floor paved in the bedroom and the ceramic tile paved in the living room. The difference should not be too large, and the height should be adjusted by the transition strip at the door

2. Determine the laying direction of the wooden keel according to the direction of the main light of the room window and the requirements of the customer. The laying direction of the wooden keel should be perpendicular to the floor

3. Calculate the spacing of the wooden keel according to the length modulus of the wooden keel and the length of the floor, and mark it on the ground. To ensure that the floor pavement is solid, ensure that the floor joints are on the wooden keel. The spacing between wooden keels should be ≤ 40 cm

4. According to the length of the wooden keel, fix the wooden keel on the ground reasonably, and the hole spacing of the electric drill should be ≤ 30 cm, hole depth ≤ 60mm to avoid penetrating the floor. The diameter of the wooden plug after drilling is larger than that of the electric hammer drill, and the wooden keel can also be fixed directly with cement steel nails

5. When fixing the wooden keel, it must be fixed with special wooden keel nails. It is not allowed to use cement or water construction glue to fix it, so as not to affect the environmental protection

6. When installing the wooden keel, a certain distance should be reserved between the two ends of the wooden keel, and the distance should be ≤ 5mm to prevent deformation of wood keel caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction. At the same time, a certain expansion joint should be reserved between the wooden keel and the wall, and the length should be 8 mm -12 mm

7. The wooden keel after installation must be horizontal. If there is a gap between the wooden keel and the ground, it should be padded with hard materials, and the remaining wooden keel can be cut into small pieces to be padded. If the wooden keel itself is not level, use tools to plane or level the bone end of the wooden dragon. The flatness error of the installed wooden keel surface should reach every 2 meters ≤ 3 mm standard

IV. paving of solid wood floor

1. Before paving solid wood floor, because the wood keel is prone to moisture and insects, you should sprinkle some desiccant and insect proof powder in the gap between the wood keels, or you can sprinkle some camphor wood blocks to prevent the wood keel from moisture and insects. In addition, you should sprinkle more insect proof powder or camphor wood blocks in the four corners of the room

2. If plywood is required to be used as cushion for the paving of solid wood floor, the plywood should be sawn into 1.2 mm × 0.6 mm or 0.6 mm × Small pieces of 0.6 mm in size, and then fix these small pieces of plywood on the wooden keel with wooden keel nails. After laying all plywood cushions, it is necessary to once again according to the low difference of every 2 meters high ≤ 3 mm standard inspection level

3. The moisture-proof film shall be laid on the wooden keel, and the junction between the moisture-proof films shall be overlapped by 50mm and glued with adhesive tape to ensure the integrity and firmness of the moisture-proof film. In addition, the moisture-proof film shall be rolled up by 50mm at the corners of the four walls

4. Generally, the floor should be installed from the half facing the door first. In this way, the size of the floor is not neat until the end of the installation. When the floor needs to be sawn for installation, because the other half of the house is usually placed with various furniture, the less neat floor will also be blocked by the furniture, which will not affect the overall beauty

5. Before installing the solid wood floor, the installer should check each floor to be installed. If there are defective products or wear marks on the floor surface, they should be picked out and not used. Finally, these floors should be uniformly packed and returned to the factory for replacement. In addition, through the inspection and selection before installation, the installation workers can also artificially classify the patterns and colors of the floor to avoid the problem of color difference to the greatest extent

6. When paving the floor, use an electric drill to make a lead eye at the tongue of the floor, that is, the convex groove. The diameter of the lead eye should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the floor nail. Generally, four lead eyes should be made on the 910mm long floor, and the floor nail should be screwed from the lead eye and fixed on the wooden keel. In order to ensure the beauty of the floor pavement, staggered joints should be connected (staggered joints above 30 cm are the most beautiful and firm). The length of the floor nail should be 2.5 times the thickness of the floor, and 30 DEG should be inserted from the eye when fixing& mdash; 50° The angle is tilted and fixed in the wooden keel

7. When paving to the four walls of the room and cutting the floor according to the remaining space, it is necessary to accurately measure the size with a square first. In order to prevent the sawdust from splashing when cutting the floor and polluting the owner's wall and floor, the packaging box of the floor or other waste should be made into a garbage box, and the floor should be cut in the garbage box

8. Because the wall surface of the owner's room is sometimes not level, and the row of wooden floors closest to the wall cannot be fixed by nailing, it is necessary to put a wooden plug into the place where the gap between the floor and the wall surface is relatively large, and use the wooden plug to fix the floor and level it, so as to make the floor pavement more firm and beautiful

9. If the construction volume of paving the floor is too large to be completed in one day, the floor that has not been completely installed after unpacking on the same day should be put back into the packaging box to prevent the floor from getting damp

v. installation of skirting line

1. During the installation of solid wood skirting line, it is also necessary to drive a wooden plug into the wall, and then use nails to penetrate the skirting line and nail into the wooden plug. One nail is nailed every 40 cm. In order to ensure the beauty of the skirting line, the selected nails should be headless nails. Even if the nails with heads are used, the nail heads should be cut off before nailing into the skirting line, and finally the nail holes left should be treated with the same color as the skirting line, Minimize construction traces

2. The internal and external corners should be cut into corners and sewn

VI. install the door buckle

since there are generally many pipelines at the door of the room, it is recommended to use glass glue to fix the buckle

VII. Floor pavement construction acceptance

1. Floor pavement acceptance: check the flatness of the floor surface, and use a two meter guiding rule and feeler gauge for acceptance. The standard is that the error value within every two meters is within 0.3 mm; Check the height difference of the seam between the two floors, and the standard is ≤ 0.6 mm; Check the seam gap between two floors, and the standard is ≤ 0.8 mm; Check the gap between the floor and the wall and ground fixtures (such as heating pipes), and the standard is 8mm — Between 12 mm; Check that the floor surface is smooth, and the paint surface is free of damage and obvious scratches; There is no obvious abnormal noise in the main walking area

2. Acceptance of skirting line: gap between skirting line and door frame ≤ 2 mm; Spacing between skirting seams ≤ 1 mm; The gap between the skirting line and the floor surface should be within 3 mm to 5 mm; The height difference of the toe line buckle should be ≤ 1 mm

3. Acceptance of door buckle strip: the door buckle strip should be installed directly below the door, and it is appropriate to leave no edges inside and outside after closing the door. The gap between the buckle strip and the bottom of the door is 3 mm — Between 7mm, the door can be opened and closed freely. The installation of the buckle should be firm and stable. You can kick the middle part of the buckle with your foot to check whether the two sides of the buckle are cocked or loose and whether there is any abnormal sound
